Overview of return and refund policy


- We are happy to provide store credit for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. 
- Refunds will only be issued for faulty items that cannot be replaced. 
Please note that sale items cannot be returned. 
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping which will be your responsibility. 
- We are not liable for lost, broken, or missing items brought back to us. We strongly recommend shipping that can be tracked. We suggest using tracked shipping.

FAULTY ITEMS
Rose Tide places a premium on quality control in all of its products, which are inspected and photographed before being shipped. If a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact us at rosetideau@gmail.com within 7 days.  If the problem cannot be fixed and no replacement items are available, a refund will be issued. Each item comes with specific care instructions, which should be read and followed carefully to ensure the longevity of your items.
SALE ITEMS
All "sale" items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made, so please choose carefully, paying close attention to sizing.  Sale items are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
